ALTWORX is a stream-processing solution with the following goals.
- monitors business processes of the customer
- the process is monitored so as to ensure it is going smoothly as defined
- detects anomalies in the defined business processes -> incidents
- if the process diverts from it’s defined workflow ALTWORX detects it, Incidents are created to track these situations
- supports the solution of the Incident
- the goal is to get back on track as soon as possible
- it’s important to use a common language that everybody understands (both operator and the CEO)
